Who we are

Polk County Concrete Slabs (polkcountyconcreteslabs.com) is operated by Texas Homeowner Referral Service, an independent referral service. This notice explains what information we collect through this site and our phone line, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Phone calls. When you call our number, we receive your phone number and the time and length of the call, and the call is recorded. You’ll hear a recording notice at the start of the call.
• Text messages. If we miss your call, we may send one text reply to the number you called from.
• Form submissions. Whatever you enter in the callback form, such as your name, phone number, town or area, a description of the problem, and the best time to call.
• Basic site data. Our host, Cloudflare, records basic request information when you visit, such as the page requested, your IP address, your browser type, and a general location based on that IP address. We use it to run, protect, and improve the site. Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. We don’t use advertising cookies or ad trackers.

Please don’t send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical details, or other sensitive information through the form or by text.

How we use it

• To connect you with the independent local professional who handles your kind of request.
• To confirm that calls and requests actually happened. We share those records with that professional.
• To improve the site and the information on it.

Who we share it with

• The one independent local professional we currently send this kind of request to.
• Service providers that run the site and phone line: call tracking (CallRail), form handling ({{FORM_SERVICE}}), and hosting (Cloudflare).

We do not sell your information, and we do not send your request to multiple contractors.

Once your information reaches the independent professional, their own privacy practices apply. We don’t control how they handle it.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep call recordings and form data as long as we need them to confirm and resolve your request and for our business records. Then we delete them.

Your choices

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
